Just to put a toe in the water here ... my name is Henry Gee, and I've been a rock and blues keyboard player for more than a quarter of a century. I now live in Cromer on the lovely North Norfolk coast. You can hear some of the things I've done on my
MySpace page.
These days I play Hammond more than anything else: for a couple of years I've played occasional gigs with
Stone Pony, a fantastic blues and rock band from Kings Lynn headed by the ever-wonderful Andy Graham. Through Andy I played on a few tracks on
Blue Horizon, the debut album by
Antic Hey.
I've just joined Sofaguru, a fabulous Norfolk-based blues/rock band. We hope to be playing some gigs soon.
My gear includes a Hammond XK-1 organ; a Korg TR61 workstation (used as the remote lower manual for the XK-1), and a Carlsbro 90 Keyboard combo.
